Reeds World School – CBSE, Coimbatore proudly celebrated its 11th Annual Sports Day with great enthusiasm and sporting spirit. We were honoured to welcome Ms Thulasimathi Murugesan, Paralympic silver medalist and badminton champion, as our Chief Guest.

The celebrations were graced by our Correspondent, Mr S. Mohandoss, and SSVM Institutions Managing Trustee, Dr Manimekalai Mohan. Students and parents enthusiastically participated in the day’s events, making it a memorable celebration of teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship.

The celebrations began with the ceremonial lighting of the Sports Torch, a powerful symbol of hope, determination, and sporting excellence. Colourful cultural performances by our students added vibrancy to the occasion, while thrilling athletic events highlighted their strength, perseverance, and competitive spirit. The excitement continued as parents joined in a series of fun-filled games, proving that sports unite families and communities. Their wholehearted participation reminded us that age is just a number and that the spirit of sportsmanship lives in every heart.

The 11th Annual Sports Day concluded on a high note, celebrating not only victories and achievements but also the values of perseverance, discipline, respect, and unity.
